Dr. Sajid
Azam
MB BS, FRACGP, FAMAC
Dr Sajid Azam has had over 25 years experience in all aspects of General practice. He is
on the panel of examiners for doctors
entering into the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
He is a Fellow of the Australian Medical Acupuncture College,
a HIC accredited Medical Acupuncturist
and has special
interests in Geriatrics and Natural
Therapies.
He is a Senior Clinical Lecturer at the UOW
Post Graduate School of Medicine and a registrar supervisor.
Dr Azam is committed to providing the highest quality of care
to patients and ensures this by attending on going educational
conferences and
meetings. Dr Azam is a fellow with the RACGP. He is
married with 6 children, he enjoys sports, reading and
relaxes by spiritual
meditation.
Dr Azam has been a senior clinical lecturer with the UOW
Graduate School of Medicine since 2007 and this practice has been used
as a
teaching facility by the UOW since its commencement in 2007.
Dr Azam has been sitting on the examination panel of the RACGP
since 2000. He also won the 2009 and 2014 Illawarra Family GP
of the Year award.

Bronwyn Hunt
Registered Nurse
Bronwyn graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Nursing degree.
She is experienced clinically with: childhood immunisations, adult and travel vaccinations, wound management, assisting doctors with
minor procedures,
ECG's, ear irrigation and spirometry.
Bronwyn also conducts Health Assessments, Diabetes and Asthma Health Checks and assists with the preparation of Care Plans.
She
is committed to supporting patients to achieve their best health outcomes.
Mrs Nina Trad Azam
J.P, BSW, MAASW
Nina has studied Arts/Pyschology at the University of Wollongong and completed a Bachelor of Social Work from Charles Sturt University.
She is trained in mediation and conflict resolution and is a bilingual Arabic Mental Health Social Worker. She is the Managing Director of
the Practice, an ABC Advisory Council member and a Cross Cultural Consultant.
Nina has experience in community development, has volunteered in local interfaith peace initiatives and a multicultural cancer support
group.
She has experience working with refugees, youth and the elderly. As a mental health professional she has demonstrated skills
and experience
in the following: group and individual counselling; stress management and relaxation techniques; depression and
anxiety CBT, ACT; crisis intervention;
counselling for grief and loss; adjustment to health diagnosis; motivational interviewing; mindfulness;
advanced care directives and
end of life care planning.

Georgette are our professional and friendly receptionists and administration team, both have current
Senior First Aid qualifications and extensive experience in a medical

Mohammed Maarbani
Podiatrist
Mohammed holds degrees in both Podiatry (Newcastle University) and Medical & Health Science (University of Wollongong). His
experience has been gained
in a wide variety of podiatric environments, working with all types of patients from varying backgrounds. He
believes in a holistic approach and works hard
with patients in helping them treat and relieve their symptoms and pain.
Sanna Trad
Remedial Massage Therapist
Sanna is a remedial massage therapist who specialises in mobilisation, releasing trigger points and correcting posture and
muscular imbalances.
Sanna also teaches the diploma of remedial massage for a private college in Sydney.
She has over five years of university training and work experience as an exercise professional.
