Appointments
Appointments are normally made at 15 minutes intervals as you would normally expect to spend 10-15 minutes with the doctor. Longer appointments up to 30 minutes are available if needed. We always can fit in urgent medical problems on the same day.
If you are unable to attend, please contact us prior to the appointment time to cancel or reschedule so that we may offer it to someone else. Your consideration would be most appreciated by doctor and staff (otherwise a non Medicare refundable NO-SHOW fee may be charged).
We strongly advise that you make an appointment. Appointments will always be given priority and our staff will attempt to contact you if there is any unforeseen delay, or doctor has been called away on an emergency.
